MAJOR:
- Conduct research meetings with the customers and leverage coach network to understand the customers organization, requirements and business objectives.
- Present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiations and closing of deals.
- Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to decision makers and establish coach network.
MINOR:
- Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (solutions design, operations, HR, IT, Real State, Legal, Finance, Operations etc.).
- Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality and improve performance).
- Facilitate knowledge/best practice sharing between organization.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, and/or Engineering
- 3+ years of combined experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering and/or Operations Research
- Excellent communication skills and have the necessary skills for driving alignment and collaboration
- Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment and influencing others Above average analytical ang negotiation skills
- Cross functional business process, commercial and financial acumen
- Willing to be assigned at Cupang, Muntinlupa
