Job Description

The Business Development Executive will drive business growth by acquiring new client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities in manpower outsourcing and staffing. This role will focus on expanding Q2's market presence, delivering workforce solutions, and partnering closely with Operations and HR teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Acquire new client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships to maximize account value.
  • Negotiate and close service agreements aligned with company goals and profitability.
  • Conduct market research, track industry trends, and recommend new business approaches or service offerings.
  • Partner with HR, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools; prepare performance and revenue reports for management.
  • Represent Q2 in client and industry engagements, networking events, and business forums.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve sales approaches, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR Management, or related field.
  • Post-graduate studies or certifications in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development are a plus.

Experience:

  • 57+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or key account management within manpower outsourcing, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Proven track record of generating new business, managing enterprise-level clients, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience negotiating manpower or outsourcing contracts and understanding end-to-end staffing operations.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, labor contracting, project-based staffing, and managed services.
