Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Business Development Executive on behalf of a multinational, principal medical device company. The Business Development Executive will drive market development and sales growth for a specialized medical technology portfolio (either Rehabilitation Robotics or Urology) across Metro Manila and Luzon territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify key business areas to grow the existing base and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and institutional partners.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate product demos with potential end users and stakeholders.
- Promote company's portfolio services, increasing brand awareness and emphasizing differentiation from locally made products.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify regional opportunities.
- Keep customers and patients informed of product updates, enhancements, and upgrade options.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations for seamless coordination.
- Leverage clinical knowledge to communicate patient benefits and collaborate with clinicians and portfolio-related medical professionals.
- Conduct training sessions, product presentations, and technical workshops when needed to support partner education.
- Build networks with KOLs and medical professionals
- Represent company in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
- Pursue opportunities in public bidding and institutional collaborations, advocating customized solutions.
- Develop and execute nationwide sales plans, business strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, evaluate ROI, and maintain CRM databases to monitor pipeline and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Health related field
- At least 5 years experience in sales or business development within medical device and health industries
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to lead business growth.
- Familiarity with public bidding processes and hospital procurement systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable in both clinical and corporate environments.
- Willing to do field-work and travel to key areas as necessary
