Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition through lead generation and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, maintaining client accounts, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The role requires maintaining a professional network and understanding market trends to meet the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and expand the client portfolio
- Exceptional Business acumen and analytical skills to identify market trends and develop tailored solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of corporate training and learning solutions is a plus
