- Merchant Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new merchants aligned with the company's growth s
trategy. End-t- o-End Onboarding: Lead the complete onboarding process for new merchants, including kickoff calls, training sessions, system integration, and resolving any operational or technical issues that may arise during onboarding.Relat
- ionship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants by ensuring timely support and a seamless experience before, during, and after onboarding.Proje
- ct Management: Own the onboarding journey by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and proactively providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders.Consu

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or business development in fintech, banking, or payments.
- Familiarity with QRPH, POS systems, online payment gateways, or digital wallets.
- Exposure to working with SMEs, enterprise clients, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership mindset you take initiative, make decisions, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Solid understanding of KYC/AML requirements and BSP regulations.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- CRM-savvy, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
