Job Description
An Associate Business Development Executive supports the Business Development Head in driving company growth. The role involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and developing expansion plans to strengthen the company's product portfolio and market presence.
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course with a strong academic background.
Preferably with at least 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (preferred but not required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
Capable of developing basic marketing plans and building rapport quickly with clients and suppliers.
Strong research and analytical skills, including familiarity with key business metrics.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and collaboration, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Collaborative mindset for effective cross-team work.
Basic data analysis skills using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
