Under general direction, assist and support other business analysts in the development of business requirements on key and critical assignments. Function as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to the business processes, policies, and information systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead in all activities of assigned business analysts.
- Plan and design processes that can repeatedly produce high quality products and deliverables.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
- Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create and manage business requirement documents.
- Manage the change process.
- Develop test plans and documents.
- Provide user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare post-implementation review and support.
- Other related functions that may be assigned as needed.
