What You'll Be Doing
Eliciting, analysing and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and subject matter experts, to drive the successful implementation of IT solutions
Testing and validating system functionality to ensure it aligns with business needs
Providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our IT systems
Effectively communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industry
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design
Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
