Business Analyst

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting cross-functional business processes to drive automation and efficiency through RPA solutions

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for RPA projects
• Document and design detailed documentation of business processes for RPA, mapping end-to-end as-is and to-be workflows and identifying opportunities for automation
• Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the effective translation of business requirements into functional RPA solutions, overseeing the implementation process and addressing any roadblocks
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of RPA bots to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements, performing in-depth assessments before sending them for user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with RPA initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to address potential impacts on project timelines or deliverables
• Support various process-related activities, including issue resolution, transition to newly automated processes, and the establishment of RPA standards across business functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, process flows, and identify automation opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring meticulous documentation and thorough testing of automated processes
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
