Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Business Analyst located in Molo, Iloilo City or Pavia, Iloilo. The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and define business requirements, and recommend IT solutions to address organizational needs. Daily tasks include evaluating workflows, documenting business requirements, providing support for the implementation of solutions, and ensuring alignment between business goals and IT resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with Information Technology systems and their integration within business processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
