Scope of Work:
The Senior Business Analyst will support the Demand Management function by undertaking the following key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze business demands by developing a deep understanding of business requirements, objectives, and underlying processes.
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities, and effectively communicate requirements to relevant ITD stakeholders, including Demand, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Security, RAIF, and other technical leads.
- Facilitate the ITD Clearance process, particularly for specialized tools and solutions.
- Monitor and track demand-related budget utilization to support effective financial oversight and planning.
- Maintain the Demand Dashboard and ensure and up-to-date tracking requests.
- Facilitate or participate in Request for Information (RFI) processes related to new and emerging business demands.
- Provide logistical and documentation support, including preparation of presentation materials, meeting packs, and minutes, for business engagement and demand-related meetings.
- Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of demand management policies, guidelines, templates, and procedural documents.
- Document new processes and procedures, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of demand management operations.
Requirement and Qualification:
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, requirements management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms and cloud-based productivity and work management tools, preferably within ADB's environment, including but not limited to Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, business writing, and technical documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and structured outputs.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
