Job Overview
Serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical development groups. You will analyze requirements, support enhancements to Sportsbook, iGaming, and technical features, and contribute to data-driven decision-making to optimize user experience, operational efficiency, and revenue performance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements for sportsbook features, including betting lines, Bet Builder, parlay options, boosted odds, and in-game betting tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, traders, compliance, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear specifications, and/or user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the implementation of new features by creating process flows.
- Assist in regulatory compliance reviews and translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, and ensure features align with jurisdictional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, prepare reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the iGaming, sports betting, and online gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, betting markets, odds, risk management, and player journey.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and diagramming software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in Sportsbetting and iGaming.
- Knowledge of Asian betting markets and player behaviors.
- Familiarity with responsible gaming and regulatory considerations.
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth digital environments.
