The candidate will utilize technical skills in Jira and Business Process Modelling to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes. The position operates in a hybrid work model with day shifts focusing on enhancing business outcomes and societal impact.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing project tasks ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Develop and implement business process models to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of business data and trends.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Life and Annuities domain.
- Monitor project progress and report findings to management highlighting areas for improvement.
- Support the development of strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market demands.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
