What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and manage business analysis activities across a variety of IT projects, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful project outcomes through effective business process documentation and solution design.

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting business process and contribute to functional requirements (as-is and to-be)

  • Producing Business Requirements Documentation

  • Facilitating workshops with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Providing leadership, guidance and expert advice to the project team regarding the businesses processes

  • Communication and validation of business processes & solutions with business leaders and the user community

  • Assisting in the design of Reports, Forms, Interfaces, and Conversions

  • Support in defining & performing system, unit and acceptance tests, and assisting in error resolution

  • Identifying potential organisational impacts for input to the Organisational Change Management processes

Qualification and Experience:

  • 7 years + hands-on Business Analysis experience in an enterprise environment

  • Strong experience and understanding of business process modelling and mapping

  • Strong experience running workshops and eliciting key information

  • Process Mapping creation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient presentation skills across all audience levels;

  • Significant experience performing requirements analysis using tools, methods and communication techniques to extract, develop, validate and document business requirements;

  • Problem solving skills that facilitate tackling complex ideas and interpreting ideas into conceptual business specifications;

  • Experience leading workshops, facilitating discussions and assisting business stakeholders to anticipate future needs and opportunities;

  • Ability to express ideas logically with extremely strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar discipline
