Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Strategic analysis & requirements gathering: Lead endtoend collection and validation of business requirements, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders and IT teams.

Stakeholder engagement & communication: Build deep understanding of business needs and translate them into actionable inputs; maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.

Gap analysis: Identify missing capabilities and functional gaps, proposing enhancements that improve client experience, compatibility, and operational efficiency.

Solution alignment: Ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives, conform to quality standards, and comply with IT security and governance requirements.

Implementation & performance monitoring: Oversee implementation, support QA and deployment, and continuously monitor system performance and user satisfaction to drive improvements.

Reporting & incident management: Deliver regular project status reporting and support escalation management, conducting rootcause analyses and recommending preventive measures.

Data & analytics proficiency: Leverage Power BI and strong data analysis skills to transform operational data into actionable insights, strengthen decisionmaking, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in finance.

Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
