Job Title: Business Analyst (Project Management and Transformation)
Project: Capability Consulting
Salary: Up to PHP 50k-70K monthly grossonly
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines
Work set up and shift: Hybrid must be flexible 3-4 days onsite
Day shift requires flexibility with different time zones
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze the current business processes, systems, and models.
Identify areas that could benefit from digital transformation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for the
digital transformation initiative
Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, insights, and areas of
improvement that can guide the digital transformation strategy
Work with the technical team, alliance or partners to develop and design digital solutions
to meet the identified business needs
Coordinate with IT teams, third-party or internal project managers, and other
stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation
initiatives. This may involve setting tasks, timelines, and resources for the project
Assist in managing change as the organization transitions to new digital systems and
processes. This could involve training users, providing support, and addressing any
resistance to change
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, IT staff, and
end-users. This may involve presenting recommendations, getting buy-in for initiatives,
and updating stakeholders on project progress
Ensure continuous learning to be able to keep updated on the latest digital technology
trends and how they could be leveraged to benefit our customers
Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and develop
plans to mitigate these risks
Monitor the performance of digital transformation initiatives and make
recommendations for improvements. This could involve tracking key performance
indicators (KPIs), conducting post-implementation reviews, and making adjustments as
necessary
Qualifications:
Knowledge (including education and experience)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience in BPO and 2 to 3 years of experience as
Process Improvement and Business Transformation in the domains Social Media/
Healthcare/Life Sciences/Telecom/FnA/Manufacturing/ HiTech/Retail/BFSI/Ecommerce
Skills
Six Sigma YB or GB(preferred)
PMP certified (preferred)
Good Analytical skills and familiar with Analytical tools
Customer service orientation
Data Analyst, Process Analyst, and Technical Analyst Background
BPM and PM tools - FIGMA, VISIO, Jira, Microsoft Suite, MindMapping Tools
Good Oral and Handwritten communication
Self-driven, Flexibility, Ownership
with BPO experience
