Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) ensures bridging the gap between business needs and Technology solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between the BDONB Business Units, BDOIT and other stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.
  • Manage the end-to-end Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process within BDONB for assigned technology and non-technology projects
  • Ensure technical issues and its resolution with BDOIT Servicing Units and Users are analyzed and assessed to identify problem/issues and inefficiencies and suggest optimization, automation, digital transformation etc.
  • Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.
