Job Description

The firm has expanded operations and exploring offshoring opportunities to increase our capacity through the global labour market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to support our offshoring readiness assessments and implementation efforts.

This role is to evaluate each divisions readiness for offshoring and ensuring a seamless transition to utilising the National Offshore model. As a result, you will need to collaborate with multiple business units and offices across the country, documenting processes, requirements, creating checklists and tailoring an implementation plan. You will be working closing with multiple stakeholders onshore and offshore to successfully support the execution of the implementation plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of each divisions readiness for offshoring.
  • Identify potential challenges and opportunities, ensuring an understanding of the processes and requirements.
  • Document existing processes, workflow and procedures for multiple divisions
  • Create a tailored implementation plan and assist with the execution

Qualification And Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Essential:
  • Bachelors degree (Accounting or Information Technology);
  • Desirable:
  • Six Sigma

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

  • Essential:
  • 2-3 years in an equivalent role
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting industry
  • Experience in operational business process improvement activities;
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
  • Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information;
  • Listening, observation, and oral communication skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Strong analytical, written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with Change Management methodologies;
  • Understands project management methodologies;
  • Worked with Gantt charts or other project management tools

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Accounting or Information Technology)
