POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, the role will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of IT projects that drive business value. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and align requirements through workshops and collaborative discussions.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and create clear, testable specifications and process flows.
- Apply Agile practices, manage backlogs, and support iterative delivery as needed.
- Support project planning, execution, and postgo live activities, including data migration and user readiness.-live activities, including data migration and user readiness.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet documented business needs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage change activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and stakeholder training.

- Plan and execute testing activities, develop test cases, and guide users through UAT and implementation.
- Administer Jira, maintain project documentation, and track KPIs for project visibility.
- Produce status reports and dashboards to communicate progress and performance.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Office to ensure governance and compliance alignment.
- Perform additional tasks assigned to support business and project objectives.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent business experience will be considered.
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, with full lifecycle experience on multiple projects, from business case to requirements gathering through functional specs and user acceptance testing.
- Experience analyzing and solving complex logical problems, working effectively in teams to achieve user objectives and ensure client satisfaction, and coordinating the efforts of various departments and functions.
- Experience across full project lifecycle: requirements design testing deployment UAT.
REQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Sufficient knowledge to support and navigate the application of best practices within IT.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively deliver outcomes with guidance from the Sr. Business Analyst/Director
- Proficiency in articulating requirements, options or recommendations to business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, business rules, and data mappings.
- Ability to evaluate complex business problems and propose actionable solutions.
- Skilled in facilitating requirements sessions and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methods (backlog management, iterative delivery).
- Ability to support testing cycles, deployment readiness, and post go-live support. -go-live support.
- Experience coordinating and working with PMO (PMs and BAs) to support and deliver multiple projects.
- High attention to detail; strong ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to work in a flexible and hybrid work environment (At least 3 days in the office)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Domain experience Sales, Recruitment, Onboarding, Timecards, Billing, Payroll, Leave, Expense management.
- Experience with packaged software implementations (out of the box analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution resolution)
- Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce CRM projects strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, JIRA
- BA certification, incl. the BABOK / CBAP from IBAA is a plus.
