Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Acquisition and Growth Officer to support the National Sales team in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting partner activation to enhance product and service adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute marketing campaigns and programs to drive client acquisition
  • Conduct market and environmental scanning to identify target clients and opportunities
  • Assess potential clients eligibility and financial capacity
  • Assist in preparing business proposals for review and approval
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, presentations, and sales activities
  • Support product presentations and client negotiations
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Facilitate completion of documentation and onboarding requirements
  • Act as liaison between partners and internal teams for smooth system integration and onboarding
  • Support training and orientation of partners
  • Promote new products, services, and enhancements to partners and clients
  • Prepare reports on market segments, client feedback, and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and partner profiles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
