Bank Relations Associate

Role Description:

This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role for a Bank Relations Associate/Specialist who will be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City. The Bank Relations Associate/Specialist is responsible for accreditation of the projects and assistance to clients who wants to avail of a bank loan and responsible for helping clients prepare the full payment of their outstanding balance by offering bank financing and assistance and facilitating all requirements from account endorsement up to the release of loan proceeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accreditations docs and negotiate with the bank partners for exclusive rates.
• Offers bank loan assistance to clients.
• Assist with the product presentations and bank financing, including account endorsement processing and monitors loan releases.
• Check and review all applicable loan documentation.
• Represents the company in a professional and affirmative manner with bank partners.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Can provide customer service for Class A and B clients.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to work on-site in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City.
