Brief Qualifications and Primary Job Descriptions:

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research to identify new customer segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and direct pitching to closing transactions.
  • Drive conversions by maintaining a strong pipeline and following up consistently with prospects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events, and functions to expand brand reach.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address specific customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional support.
  • Manage customer accounts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Market, Product, Customer Service) to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and negotiation terms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide accurate sales reports to management regarding activities, pipeline status, and business development progress.
  • Maintain CRM integrity by updating client interactions, vendor databases, and contact lists in real-time.
  • Support team operations by scheduling meetings and managing project-related documentation.

Skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Highly skilled in delivering engaging, persuasive sales presentations and product demos; able to simplify complex information and command a room with confidence.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong client mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in any CRM system is required for effective customer relationship management.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to client pinpoints, utilizing visual tools like Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, or any related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
