Maintains reports and accurately tracks L&OD programs and activities (Capability Build certification, Learning Tool database, RFPs, etc.)
Monitors usage of Learning Tool to ensure that Users are allocated and enrolled on specific courses - such as Udemy, Training Certifications, etc.
Executes end to end RFP process for Capability Build from vendor coordination, gathering approvals to sending proof of payment and encoding in a cost monitoring sheet
Prepares and endorses L&OD's training documents (training bond, incentive letters, etc.)
Assists in the creation of training exams and evaluations.
Supports the L&OD team in achieving the overall departmental goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Education – Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Training, and Development or any other similar courses and with the same degree.
Related Experience – 2-3 years of experience in Training and Administration.
At least 1 year of work experience with an IT company
Knowledge – Working knowledge in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs; Abreast with e-learning platforms and practices
Skills – Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, Presentation Tools, Zoom, etc.)
Skills:
Confident in both written and spoken English communication with the ability to present to large audiences
