About The Role
The Head of Marketing leads the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Heights Realty Inc., driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement for residential and commercial projects. This role embodies and represents Heights Realty Inc. and Southlinks Estates, serving as a public-facing, charismatic leader who can speak confidently in crowds, conceptualize and execute marketing events, and ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to position the company as a leading developer in the luxury and mixed-use property market.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify customer insights to guide campaigns.
- Set measurable KPIs including lead-to-sales conversion, campaign ROI, and brand engagement metrics.
- Represent Heights Realty Inc. and Southlinks Estates at public events, press briefings, and industry gatherings.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance a consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Oversee creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives highlighting lifestyle, architecture, and community impact.
- Ensure all messaging and visual presentation aligns with company positioning and market differentiation.
Project & Campaign Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conceptualize and manage marketing events, experiential campaigns, and public activations to engage target audiences.
- Manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
Digital, Media & Partnerships
- Lead digital marketing, social media campaigns, and CRM initiatives to optimize lead generation and engagement.
- Manage media relations, PR campaigns, and partnerships with lifestyle influencers or brands.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor performance and ROI.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the marketing team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Development, and other departments to ensure campaigns support business objectives.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and reporting for all campaigns.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 7–8 years of progressive marketing experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record in real estate, property development, or premium/luxury brands
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing, brand management, and full-cycle campaign execution
- Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, market penetration, and revenue-generating campaigns
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strategic, creative, and highly results-driven with strong analytical capabilities
- Confident and polished in public engagements and brand representation
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
