The Brand Marketing Officer is a key player in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to meet both brand and business objectives. He/she has a strong understanding of marketing principles with a passion for brand building. He/she will collaborate and manage multi-disciplinary teams while managing key customer touchpoints and channels to ensure brand consistency.

I. KEY COMPETENCIES CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy and Development
1. Leads the development and implementation of brand strategies and various marketing campaigns.
2. Develop brand awareness, consideration and conversion strategies across various channels (whether online or offline) in-line with the brand guidelines.
3. Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics and provide reports to optimize strategies and maximize efficiency (ROI)
4. Development and maintenance of brand books outlining Mary Grace's branding standards (visual identity, communication strategies, tone, etc.), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Content Creation & Management
1. Develop, implement, and manage the brand's content and calendar
2. Manage the production of marketing materials across all channels
(online - social media, etc. and offline - print, etc.)
3. Collaborates with internal and external partners (Graphic Design Lead,
Marketing support team, and other third-party agencies) to ensure timely content production that is in-line with brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing
Online Channels Management
1. Manage social media channels and grow the brand's online community.
2. Plan and execute paid campaigns on different social media and digital channels.
3. Utilize digital marketing tools (FB Ads Manager, Google Ads) to execute campaigns and track performances.
PR and Partnerships
1. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, key opinion leaders.
2. Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and sponsorships.
3. Manage influencers and other public relations activities including
creation of press releases and influencer management.
Market Research
Competitive Review and Market Trends
1. Create regular competitive analysis reports on both existing and emerging competitors (price review, product review etc.)
2. Keep up-to-date to current consumer trends (whether product or service) to identify opportunities and threats.
