Job Description

BettingJobs is working with a PAGCOR accredited business planning to launch its first online casino brand in the Philippines market. They are looking for a Marketing Director to join their team in Manila. This role will oversee the marketing strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, influencer/KOL campaigns)
  • Optimize funnels from registration → deposit → retention
  • Manage budgets and performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
  • Identify high-performing GEOs within PH and nearby markets
  • Lead SEO strategy targeting high-intent keywords (casino, sportsbook, lottery, win, etc.)
  • Oversee technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink strategies
  • Build localized SEO strategies for the Philippines market (Taglish/English content)
  • Track rankings, traffic, and competitor positioning
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Viber, Discord
  • Build and manage KOL/influencer partnerships
  • Drive engagement through promos, events, and viral campaigns
  • Develop a strong, locally relevant brand identity and voice
  • Ensure messaging resonates with Filipino players
  • Align branding with product features, bonuses, and campaigns
  • Launch non-traditional campaigns (viral activations, guerrilla marketing, partnerships)
  • Identify opportunities in influencer-driven and community-based growth strategies
  • Stay ahead of competitors in a saturated market
  • Ensure all campaigns align with PAGCOR guidelines
  • Work closely with internal teams on responsible marketing practices
  • Understand local payment ecosystems (GCash, Maya)
  • Work with CRM team on retention campaigns (SMS, email, push)
  • Coordinate with Product and Operations
  • Manage agencies, affiliates, and vendors

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years in digital marketing (iGaming, affiliate, eCommerce, or fintech)
  • Experience targeting the Philippines market is required
  • SEO, Paid Ads (Google, Meta, TikTok), Social Media Strategy
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools)
  • Affiliate/KOL program management
  • Hands-on executor
  • Data-driven
  • Creative and bold
  • Fast-paced and adaptable
  • Strong understanding of Filipino player behavior

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PAGCOR-licensed operators
  • Knowledge of player lifecycle
  • Brand launch experience
