Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in taxation, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and other general accounting functions. The Accounting Supervisor will lead the accounting team and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or related field
• Preferably with at least 3–5 years of experience in accounting supervision
• Strong background in taxation, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and other accounting works
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting and government compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• With good leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations and accounting staff
• Prepare and review financial reports and accounting records
• Handle tax compliance and government reportorial requirements
• Monitor bookkeeping and bank reconciliation activities
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records
• Assist in budgeting, audits, and financial analysis
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
