Job Description


Role: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle accounting and monthly close for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, ensuring a clean 5-day close on submitted work
  • Review Accountant work for accuracy, completeness, and documentation quality
  • Prepare and review reconciliations (bank, credit card, AR/AP, inventory, COGS, prepaids, accruals, returns)
  • Communicate directly with clients to share updates, clarify questions, request information, and flag issues early
  • Strengthen internal processes and controls help streamline workflows to improve accuracy and speed
