We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Accountant who will ensure accurate inventory costing, reconciliation, and reporting across business units. This role is critical in maintaining inventory integrity, minimizing risks, and supporting financial accuracy in a retail operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate inventory costing and records
- Reconcile inventory balances between ledgers
- Review and analyze stock count results and variances
- Record inventory-related invoices and adjustments
- Monitor shrinkage, margin changes, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Stores
- Support inventory reporting and monthly close
- Help improve inventory control processes
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Structured onboarding and hands-on training will be provided for all new hires
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic background
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- High attention to detail and strong integrity
- Confident in handling complex and data-driven decisions
- Team-oriented and open to collaboration and feedback
- Eager to learn and adapt to fast-paced retail operations
