What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the responsive voice behind the screen. Assists clients via email, phone and virtual meetings. Your clarity and patience build trust.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
• Generate, verify, and issue invoices while resolving any billing questions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and keep an eye on outstanding receivables.
• Administer payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather invoicing information.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both written and verbal.
• CPA Certified
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in a remote work setting is a plus!
• Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift).
• Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 50 Mbps internet.
