ACCOUNTANT

Location: Clark, Pampanga
Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Accountant supports daily accounting operations with a strong focus on accruals, account reconciliations, and ERP-based financial processing. This role requires 2-4 years of general accounting experience and the ability to work independently while following established Standard Operating Procedures. The position also requires strong English communication skills to coordinate effectively with the U.S. accounting team and experience using Oracle-based or similar ERP financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post accrual journal entries
  • Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
  • Review financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Use Oracle-based or similar ERP systems for accounting tasks
  • Coordinate with the U.S. accounting team on accruals and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of general accounting experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with accruals and reconciliations
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems (strongly preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under structured SOPs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
