About the Role:
You will work closely with the CFO and Finance manager to ensure business as usual is able to operate effectively, as well as provide any other support in the areas of financial, management accounting or reporting that may be required. In particular, your tasks will include:
General Ledger reconciliations
EOM processing journals for accruals and prepayments
Processing recharge invoices for EGR USA, EGR Europe and EGR Siam
Reconciling intercompany accounts
Managing Capex
Daily cash book maintenance
Assisting with Weekly cash forecast reports
Processing of cash transactions to GL
Assisting in Bank Compliance Report Preparation, Audits, Statutory Reporting Preparation, GST, FBT and Income Tax Preparation, as well as Insurance Renewal Preparation
Preparing Half-Yearly Payment Timeline Report
and Supporting AR and AP when required
About you:
We are looking for a highly capable Financial Accountant who can support all areas of our finance team as we transition to a new structure. The ideal candidate will pocess the following:
At least 3 years demonstrated experience with the same or similar functions, where you have been able to truly partner with a business and add value.
Qualifications in Financial Accounting preferably at Post Graduate Level.
You are dynamic and agile and able to adapt to the needs to your organisation, thinking commercial and predicting future areas of concerns through your reporting.
You work well in a team environment and are able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as within the team.
