Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in Tarlac, with flexibility to work from home on designated occasions. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. Additional duties include monitoring budgets, supporting audits, and contributing to financial planning processes for both businesses and clients. The role requires collaboration with team members and offering insights to support sound financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting, tax return preparation, and compliance processes
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in data analysis and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Xero or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in financial roles within a corporate or consultancy setting is a plus
