About the Role:

We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow OneLot's relationships with assigned dealer partners.

In this role, you will support existing dealers by driving repeat usage of OneLot's financing solutions, guiding transactions from application to release, and ensuring documentation, approvals, and process requirements are completed accurately and on time.

This is a field-based role focused on dealer relationship management, product adoption, transaction execution, and portfolio quality. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, staying close to accounts, and driving growth through consistent follow-through.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned dealer partners through regular visits, check-ins, and account support.
  • Drive repeat usage and long-term adoption of OneLot's financing solutions among existing dealer accounts.
  • Guide dealers through financing transactions, including application requirements, documentation, approvals, and release readiness.
  • Monitor account activity, product usage, transaction progress, and dealer concerns to identify growth and support opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to move transactions forward efficiently and on time.
  • Reinforce correct financing processes and best practices with dealer partners.
  • Identify and escalate process gaps, documentation issues, policy exceptions, or potential risk indicators.
  • Maintain accurate updates on account status, transaction movement, and dealer concerns in internal systems.
  • Support portfolio quality by ensuring dealers follow approved processes and escalation protocols.

What We Will Need:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, operations, loan processing, or client-facing coordination.
  • Experience managing existing accounts, supporting repeat usage, or maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable with regular fieldwork and dealer visits.
  • Able to manage multiple transactions without losing accuracy or follow-through.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and respect for policies and escalation protocols.
  • Must have own motorcycle or car for field visits.
