We are looking for a results-driven
Account Manager to manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships within the construction and real estate industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
- 35 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
- Background in Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, Property Development, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Willing to conduct site visits and client meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts
- Generate sales leads and new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate project requirements with internal teams
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience handling B2B accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
