Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth handling of domestic freight operations, and driving business growth through customer generation, retention and satisfaction. The role requires both operational expertise, strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conducts regular client check-ins and meetings to assess client needs and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients
  • Develop customized logistic solutions to address client-specific challenges
  • Ensures client retention by providing exceptional service and value
  • Collaborates with Operations Department to ensure timely and efficient services
  • Monitor shipment progress, troubleshoot delays and communicate updates to the clients
  • Oversee the documentation process, ensuring compliance with existing company regulations and policies
  • Prepares regular reports on account performance
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
