A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing staffing levels, forecasting workload, and ensuring efficient resource allocation across our business process outsourcing operations.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to meet business objectives
  • Create and maintain staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
  • Analyze historical data and trends to forecast workload and staffing requirements
  • Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and address concerns
  • Utilize workforce management software to track key performance indicators
  • Prepare and present regular reports on workforce metrics and performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Train and mentor team members on workforce management best practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

a Bit About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Certification in workforce management (e.g., CWWPM) is a plus
