JOB SUMMARY:
The Workday Integrations Consultant will be responsible for designing and building integrations between Workday and external systems (UKG)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concerns applicable for the client in their portfolio
- Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project
- Display a hands-on expertise of Workday integrations with additional focus on Workday Studio, core connectors and calculated field
- Build end to end WD Studio integration independently and confidently
- Unit test and support client testing for WD Integration
- Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 3+ years demonstrated hands on experience with Workday Integrations and WD Integrations tools like WD Studio, Core Connectors, calculated fields
- Solutioning, designing and problem-solving capabilities
- Project experience highly desirable
- Workday Integration certification required
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills
