Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations to support evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON to connect Workday with external systems.
- Ensure compliance with Workday security protocols and data governance standards.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.
- Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and XSLT/XML.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, HR business processes, and data structures.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Workday Security, Business Processes, and Reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Workday certification in integrations or related modules.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of middleware platforms or integration tools beyond Workday.
- Exposure to global HR operations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.
