Workday HRIS Analyst (Functional)

Caliber is looking for a passionate and skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to help elevate our HR technology landscape. In this role, you'll partner with teams across the organization to deliver smart, scalable Workday HCM solutions that streamline processes, enhance reporting, and support our people operations. What You'll Do
- Configure and support Caliber's HR systems across Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and Training.
- Build and maintain standard and custom business processes that support smooth HR operations.
- Create, enhance, and troubleshoot Workday Custom Reports, including working with Calculated Fields (Cal-Fields).
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards and analytics to empower data-driven decisions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and automate HR processes and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define project scope, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business needs.
- Communicate updates, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed throughout each project lifecycle.
What You Bring
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM implementation or support experience.
- Exposure to HR Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
- Solid experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday solutions.
- Workday Time Tracking and Payroll experience is a strong plus.
- Experience preparing and managing EIB loads.
- Strong Workday reporting skills, especially in building analytical reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in creating Calculated Fields for reporting and business process eligibility.
- Working knowledge of Workday Security, including user-based and role-based security models.
Education
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Equivalent experience and training will also be considered.
