Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced engineer with good background leveraging Workday HCM technology in delivery of functional solutions. The position requires development and operational support in Workday related, help drive business process improvement and reporting, and will facilitate the creation of technical standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to configure and support HR systems including Workday (HCM), Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, learning and training functional areas.
Ability to configure and support standard and custom business process definitions
Strong skills on Workday Custom Report writing and writing Cal-Fields
Ability to manage and build Workday Dashboards and Analytics
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering automated and integrated solutions share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Work closely cross functionally to create schedule and deliverables by defining the scope, objectives, metrics and plan for both business process improvements and specific projects
Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope
Effectively communicates relevant project information to business process owners and resolves issues in a timely fashion
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have Workday HCM implementation/support experience for at least 2+ years
Experience with implementations as on HR Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits and Talent Management, Absence Mgmt and Recruiting
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining products
Experience in Workday Time Tracking and Payroll is a plus.
Experience on preparing EIB loads
Strong Workday report writing skills building Analytical reports including dashboards
Experience wiring Cal-Fields for reporting and business process eligibility rules
Working knowledge of Workday Security Fundamentals (user based and role-based security)
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills preferred
