We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst II to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system, with a focus on Core HCM and Recruiting modules. Experience or familiarity with Workday Learning is preferred. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day operations and configuration of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and preferably Learning.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.
- Participate in new module rollouts, enhancements, and optimization projects, including Workday Learning if applicable.
- Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits, data validations, and testing activities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Workday business processes, condition rules, custom reports, and security roles.
- Support end-user inquiries, provide training as needed, and ensure a positive user experience across supported modules.
- Coordinate with IT and Workday support for issue resolution, integrations, and system updates.
- Stay current with Workday releases and proactively assess potential impacts on existing configurations.
What We Need to See
- 24 years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration in Core HCM and Recruiting; experience with Workday Learning is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with reporting tools in Workday (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
