About the Role

As a Workday Analyst, you will operate at the core of HR technology governance within a high-growth, purpose-driven global software enterprise. Your accuracy in configuration, reporting, integrations, and system security directly protects data integrity, employee experience, and enterprise compliance.

You will collaborate closely with the HRIS function to ensure Workday runs with operational discipline and structured control-supporting upgrades, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, and reinforcing governance standards. This is a long-term global career path for professionals who value system ownership, process rigor, and meaningful impact behind mission-driven technology.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years of intermediate experience working with Workday in a support or operational capacity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills for researching and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy principles is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRIS to configure, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, reports, integrations, and security roles
  • Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting Workday issues, escalating complex cases when required, and ensuring resolution follow-through
  • Monitor and process tickets and requests accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Support system updates and participate in testing and rollout of new features, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • Develop and maintain custom Workday reports, including calculated fields
  • Research integration and data issues and implement solutions aligned with documented best practices
  • Create and update user guides, documentation, and basic training materials for internal stakeholders
  • Follow governance protocols to ensure data privacy, accuracy, and system security compliance
