The Opportunity

The HRIS team owns Bacardi's global HR technology ecosystem, with Workday HCM at its core.

As our Global HRIS Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a Workday subject-matter expert for a global organization
  • Own configuration, enhancements, integrations support, and release management
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with HR, HR Technology, business stakeholders, and external Workday AMS partners

This is a high-visibility role where your ideas, expertise, and initiative truly make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day Workday configuration, maintenance, and support (HCM core modules; Talent & Recruiting experience is a plus)
  • Manage HRIS change requests: requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT), and deployment
  • Partner with external Workday AMS/enhancement vendors to deliver solutions within SLAs
  • Lead system documentation, user communications, training, and change management activities
  • Build strong partnerships with global HR stakeholders and act as a trusted HRIS advisor
  • Support and deliver HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audits, data privacy requirements, and bi-annual Workday releases

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS or HR Technology role
  • Workday HCM certification or Official Workday HCM course completion is required
  • Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, security, and reporting
  • Talent module experience is nice to have, but not required
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR / data privacy) nice to have
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ticketing systems and project tools
  • Understanding of UX, automation, and HR system design is a plus
  • Fluent English communication skills
