The Opportunity
The HRIS team owns Bacardi's global HR technology ecosystem, with Workday HCM at its core.
As our Global HRIS Analyst, you will:
- Act as a Workday subject-matter expert for a global organization
- Own configuration, enhancements, integrations support, and release management
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with HR, HR Technology, business stakeholders, and external Workday AMS partners
This is a high-visibility role where your ideas, expertise, and initiative truly make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day Workday configuration, maintenance, and support (HCM core modules; Talent & Recruiting experience is a plus)
- Manage HRIS change requests: requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT), and deployment
- Partner with external Workday AMS/enhancement vendors to deliver solutions within SLAs
- Lead system documentation, user communications, training, and change management activities
- Build strong partnerships with global HR stakeholders and act as a trusted HRIS advisor
- Support and deliver HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audits, data privacy requirements, and bi-annual Workday releases
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS or HR Technology role
- Workday HCM certification or Official Workday HCM course completion is required
- Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, security, and reporting
- Talent module experience is nice to have, but not required
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR / data privacy) nice to have
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ticketing systems and project tools
- Understanding of UX, automation, and HR system design is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills
