The Opportunity

The HRIS team owns the global HR technology landscape, with Workday HCM at its core. As Global HRIS Analyst, you will act as the Workday subject-matter expert, owning configuration, enhancements, integrations support, release management, and user adoption across a global organization. You will partner closely with external Workday AMS partners, HR, HR Technology, and key business stakeholders to deliver stable, compliant, and scalable HRIS solutions.

About You

You are a Workday-focused HRIS professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You challenge requirements, perform functional design and configuration, and translate business needs into high-quality system solutions. You value feedback, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Workday configuration, maintenance, and support across HCM, Talent & Recruiting.
  • Manage HRIS change requests, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Partner with external Workday AMS / enhancement vendors to deliver enhancements within SLAs.
  • Drive system documentation, user communications, training, and change management for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Build strong relationships with global HR stakeholders and act as a trusted HRIS advisor.
  • Support and/or deliver HR technology projects, including Workday enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support SOX controls, audits, data privacy requirements, and bi-annual Workday releases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS or HR Technology role.
  • Workday HCM certification required; expertise in Talent strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, security, and reporting basics.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, tickets, and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience operating in compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR / data privacy).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must, experience with ticketing systems and project tools.
  • Understanding of UX, design thinking, automation, and HR system design is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
