Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in a full-stack capacity
- Must have served in a Solutions Architect capacity for at least 2+ years.
- Demonstrated experience with React on the front end and Python on the back end
- Strong proficiency in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent)
- Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, distributed team environments
- Strong communication skills — able to engage independently with clients or product stakeholders
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) is highly regarded
- Prior exposure to solution architecture, system design, or technical leadership is a strong advantage
- Background or interest in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or intelligence platforms is a plus
