Job Description

CORE PROFILE

The Quality Engineer will be part of the IAU & User Profile Mesh Group, focusing on Core Maya capabilities. This position reports directly to the QE Manager and is responsible for ensuring the quality of the IAU roadmap deliverables.

NATURE OF WORK

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for mobile, backend, and web applications
Perform API testing, including RESTful services validation
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum environment
Suggest a variety of testing techniques to successfully deliver product releases including functional, regression, performance, and system tests
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
Ensure high-quality releases aligned with roadmap and business objectives

DISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY

Leadership to help on QEs growth to become successful in their role and ensure engagement in their projects
Collaboration with the CFT leads in planning future plans for the product and ensure that testing deliverables are manageable
Manifest Voyager values and ensure values are reflected on his/her direct reports
Able to implement enhancements on existing test automation framework/test practices
Promote an environment that allow QEs to freely share ideas that would increase testing efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or any related course
7-10 years in quality assurance and test automation, or development
Lead at least 3-5 QAs/QEs
Has done some initiatives for Quality improvements
