Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions across React, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB development teams in an Azure environment.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership, with proven ability to lead teams, provide technical direction, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. The candidate must be adaptable, resilient, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic organization.

Key requirements:

- Strong experience in React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Azure

- Proven experience in technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on development oversight

- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization

- Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, CIAM, and Identity Provider (IdP) concepts

- Strong knowledge of application security and secure development practices

- Familiarity with AI technologies, AI use cases, or AI-enabled development

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Able to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements

Preferred background:

- Experience in enterprise, digital platforms, or regulated industries is an advantage

- Exposure to cloud-native, API-driven, and secure application architectures is preferred
