Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer (Angular) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

This role combines strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern web technologies, architectural best practices, mentoring developers, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Role Description

1. Lead Frontend Delivery

Drive the full lifecycle development of Angular-based applications from requirements analysis and design to deployment and maintenance.

Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with industry standards.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.

2. Architecture & Design

Design and implement scalable and modular web architectures.

Leverage RxJS, Angular Signals, and NgRx for advanced state management.

Make strategic technical decisions and contribute to overall system architecture.

3. Integration

Oversee seamless integration with RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.

Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data communication between frontend and backend systems.

4. Performance & Security

Champion web security best practices, including adherence to OWASP standards.

Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies, and bundle optimization.

Conduct performance profiling and continuous improvements.

5. Deployment & CI/CD

Lead implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins.

Manage containerized deployments using Docker.

Configure and optimize NGINX environments for production.

6. Testing & Code Quality

Ensure high-quality code through:

oUnit testing (Karma, Jasmine)

oEnd-to-end testing (Cypress, Puppeteer)

Maintain code standards using SonarQube, ESLint, and Prettier.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development
• Strong expertise in Angular (v12+ preferred)
• Deep understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, and modern Angular architecture
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience mentoring or leading development teams
