About The Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Administrator to support the ongoing management, organization, and presentation of our digital properties. Must be technically proficient, highly organized, and comfortable working across both creative and data-driven tasks.

The Web Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating websites/webpages using HTML and CSS, ensuring content is accurate. The role also involves preparing and editing visual assets in Photoshop to support web content, promotions, and updates.

A strong emphasis is also placed on data organization and processing. This includes managing large volumes of content, tracking assets, maintaining clean file structures, organizing databases or spreadsheets, and ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily retrievable. Precision, consistency, and follow-through are essential.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required, as the role involves working with editorial content, internal documentation, and cross-team communication.
  • Proficiency in hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing and processing structured data and content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full professional fluency in English
